I've been using Second Son Consulting since 2003 for all of my company's IT needs. We initially engaged with Second Son as support for a specific deployment project. This project required several new processes to be developed in our JAMF system. Second Son's associate worked closely with our Mac Systems Admin and developed an entirely new imaging system and in the process of building it, solved an MDM issue we had been plagued with for years. He scripting knowledge improved our patching process as well. The project was a huge success in the end and advanced our Edit Bays. Later we had a tech from Second Son fill in gap after 2 techs left the company. His presence here was invaluable almost immediately. He jumped in to some of the more troublesome issues we have been plagued with and then when a new issue arose impacting all of our Mac community, he worked with us and our parent company to help diagnose the root cause. I cannot recommend Second Son enough for other outstanding support and knowledge.
